My best friend's birthday was March 5th! Instead of presents for each other we got a new sectional at the beginning of February. So, I made a special dinner for Kev on his actual birthday.
I know what you're thinking...Genny makes dinner every night for him...but I decided to branch out from tacos...haha...to make something new - lime tilapia, cilantro rice, and fried plantains :) It might not look that good, but it sure tasted good!
We also made snickerdoodles when it snowed on March 2nd :)
